Electro Controlled Steam Pressure Reducing Valves complete with pressure control, helped one of our bakery customers become more efficient with their moisture problem. On oven start up increased moisture was needed in the bread ovens. so, the team at Jeff Morris designed a system using Mars V Control pressure reducing valves, allowing them to control the injection of low pressure of steam into the oven, therefore keeping the bread moist. Resulting in top quality bread produced all the time, saving plant time, saving energy and money.
